Key tasks performed:
Talent acquisition and Recruitment: Organizing seminars and job-hunt events in reputed colleges and institutes to fill in open positions in different departments. This includes coordination with hiring managers and preparing job-description.
Human resources management: Onboarding of new hires, payroll management, ensuring and implementation of HR policies across departments, retention and exit interviews of employees leaving the organization.
