Summary
I have some degree of customer service. I used to work for RadioShack before they closed down. While I was with RadioShack, I was given the opportunity to work with Sprint in the same building. I am a patient individual and one who is detail oriented. I recently completed my CompTIA A+ Certification exams and currently A+ certified. I would like to position myself to where I can kick start my IT career and hopefully enhance my skills necessary to thrive in the IT business.
