• I worked on a 7th Generation Ultra Deepwater Gusto P 10,000 Drill Ship conducting health, safety, and environmental work to promote overall awareness, guidance, and regulatory requirements as per governmental and flag state authorities.

• Established a Regional Incident Tracker for tracking and trending incidents and reviewing Lessons Learned so that they can be distributed throughout the Region/Fleet for Business Continuity. Safety Presentations during company conference calls.

• Facilitate the implementation & improvement of the Rowan Management System

(RMS), HSE related policies & procedures, along with relevant authority regulatory requirements

• Conduct Rig/Facility worksite audits, coaching & mentoring to ensure compliance with safe working practices

• Facilitate & conducted daily/weekly safety meetings & department head meetings

• Assist OIM with rig-based incident reporting & investigations to determine root cause(s) using TOPSET & Taproot methodology

• Liaise with customer representatives, safety representatives & regulatory bodies as necessary

• Monitor the permit to work process (isolations, confined space, hot work) & archive these documents

• Assist with emergency response drills & exercises as a muster taker

• Manage Behavioral Based Safety Program SOAR & Dupont STOP Program

• Carry out onboard training to ensure full compliance with training matrix.

• Worked with Project team as HSE overseas in Singapore Floor hand, 2007- 2009- Derrickman, 2009- 2010

• Maintain mud pumps & fluids

• Maintain drilling fluids & inventory of parts

• Perform preventative maintenance repairs on all fluid pumping & treatment equipment

• Ensure SDS are available for all chemicals used

• Monitor mud tanks during operations

• Maintain/organize sack store & assist Mud Engineer with inventory Roustabout, 2006- 2007

• Offload or backload supplies and equipment from boats

• Ensure that all decks and other cargo related spaces are clean, organized

• Check loads for proper rigging/slinging, lift clearance or obstructions in movement

• Assist with Helicopter operations as HLO/HLA

• Perform Firefighting duties during safety drills & emergency situations

• Mentor to new Roustabouts, passed on knowledge & experience EDUCATION
