Project Scopes: To provide enhancement App features to Wells Fargo customers. The project aimed at building software that would facilitate viewing of multiple account balances, statements, pending transactions and cancelled transactions, tracking deposits, transfer of funds between accounts, transfer history and maintenance of customer profile, alerts.

To enhance the website that would enable the customers to login and access the current, savings and fixed deposit accounts. The application would provide the account summary, facility to transfer funds between different accounts and online bill payment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Facilitate Backlog grooming, sprint planning, Daily stand up, Sprint Review and Retrospective meetings using Agile Methodology

Work closely with product owner and development team on Wells Fargo’s DMAN (Deployment Management and Notifications) application which provides enterprise scheduling and notification capability for technical infrastructure initiatives.

Project scope: The scope of the project was to take daily inventory count of the store, using a tablet directly connecting to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and introduced ability of store users to edit orders on the order call day till the order cutoff time from within the Legacy application.
