1.HVAC Estimation & Site Engineer October 2016 to May 2017

Jaber Trading and Construction Est.

Al Sadd, Qatar.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Prepare BOQ with respect to the client’s requirements according to ASHRAE standards.

•Coordinate with the discipline and ensuring the site clearance availability to start the HVAC activities.

•Get approved HVAC shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, Work method statement and project specification from Project Engineer.

•Arrangement of sufficient manpower such as Supervisors, Foremen, Duct Fitters, Assistant Duct & Pipe fitters etc., and they must undergo safety orientation prior start installation activities at site.

•Closely monitoring of the work by regularly visiting the site to make sure the work done is according to the ASHRAE standards

•Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation.

•Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standard.

• Preparing the relevant documents to conduct testing inspecting such as duct light testing and smoke testing for ducts.
