The application not only archives the parent object record but also the hierarchical object records. CHARM is a complaint management system dealing with complaints management of medical devices. The complaint tickets were coming into Salesforce in the form of records, where we were consuming those information and we were updating the related objects to store the records, based on the data we were analysing the extent the damages whether it would be affecting public health and we were sending a report to FDA (Federal Drug Association of US). Used reports and dashboards to analyse the quarterly complaints grouped by product to recommend whether the product is in compliance with the safely terms and condition.
