Previous Experience

Worked with IPP of Prayagraj Power Generation company ltd. ( Jaypee group) Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh from 05 July.2013 to 10 Dec.2014 as Sr. Engineer.

Total plant capacity 3*660 MW. Boiler make BHEL have capacity 2095 TPH, Supercritical boiler with Axial Fans and rotating APH .MS line flow 1918 TPH Hot reheater flow 1609 TPHTG make Siemens capacity 660 MW.

Total plant capacity 3*660 MW. Have 765 KV and 400 KV switchyard.

I worked with IPP of Bajaj Energy Pvt. Ltd. Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh from Feb. 2011 to 25 June 2013. as Sr. Engineer for CFBC hot cyclone Boiler and TG operation cal). It was total capacity of 90 MW.( 2* 45 MW

I worked with Binani Cement Ltd. Pindwara Sirohi, from Sept 2008 to Feb 2011 as Shift incharge Engineer (Mechanical) in Captive Power Plant( coal base ) of total 67.1 MW.

Three impulse reaction steam turbine of 23.5 MW with air cool condenser

Two 92 TPH CFBC boiler with hot cyclone make CVPL

One 105 TPH AFBC boiler make CVPL

JOB PROFILE

Involved in commissioning and operation of that Consists:

PTW controller, responsible for electrical and mechanical isolation with safety permissive.

Responsibility for preparing all type of electrical mechanical instrumentation isolation as the permit to work requires.

Take corrective actions during a state of emergency to avoid breakdown, reducing downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment

normal plant operation like cold & hot start-ups & Shutdown as well as emergency plant operation like I land, tripping, blackout

Responsibility for the smooth & trouble free operation of PF, CFBC, AFBC, Condensers, Auxiliary Cooling water system, Fly ash handling system, Fuel Handling System etc.

Managing all operational and maintenance activities through manpower planning

Closely monitoring the total plant cooling water supply system and taking necessary

Actions when needed.

Operation & Maintenance of PF and CFBC Boiler with cold cyclone Boiler, 2 steam Condensing Turbines and their auxiliaries through DCS.

Try to minimize auxiliary power, water and coal consumption.

Hot startup of plant and other emergency handling of plant.

Man power Management.

Daily, monthly yearly reporting of power plant through SAP

Daily maintaining the plant UI charges in profit as frequency of grid variation

Technical skill:

Designing skills: AUTO CAD, PRO-E wildfire (from Cadd center Noida)

Operating system: MS- Office, Window 98 / 2000 / XP/Vista
