Senior Investments Associate -- Collateral Management 2018 – 2020

• Promotion reflecting increased scope of work and performance.

• Extensive project work - including a lead role in integration of a new Collateral Management system.

• Traveled to San Francisco to work with Calypso’s IT team to design the system’s workflow to meet MetLife’s customized requirements. Helped design all mandatory reporting unique to MetLife. Thoroughly tested system over 6 months to ensure a seamless transition from existing system.

• Captured all terms manually from 200+ CSAs onto a spreadsheet (approx. 50,000 rows) over several months. The file, with help of IT, was uploaded to Calypso and was essential for MetLife to complete the transition.

• Led regulatory variation margin effort by creating all newly signed Regulatory CSAs in the system as soon as they were signed. This ensured MetLife was fully prepared for margining before our counterparties.

• Led business integration for testing/designing the MSFTA (TBA) workflow in Calypso.

• Ensured all MSFTA signed agreements were added to Calypso.

• Worked with portfolio reconciliation team, valuations team, and trading desk, to confirm MetLife’s derivative positions and valuations and resolve mark-to-market disputes.

• Collaborated with both internal and external auditors to keep them updated on MetLife’s processes and to ensure compliance with requirements.

Senior Investment Financial Analyst – Derivatives -- Collateral Management 2011 – 2018

• Led daily margining process for OTC derivatives. Communicated with 20+ major banks on daily basis to ensure completion of approximately 100 margin calls and full break resolution.

• Performed regular valuation reconciliation of entire OTC derivatives book, consisting of 200+ CSA’s

• Played leading role in enhancement of Collateral Availability reports for OTC/cleared/futures products -- which proved very useful to several areas of the firm, including the trading desk.
