OBJECTIVE
To become a member of the leadership team of an achievement oriented progressive school where emphasis is placed on student success and faculty support through application of strong organizational, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
PURPOSE
I believe that the ultimate goal of all education is to prepare students as responsible citizens of
a global society, dedicated to make meaningful and sustainable contribution to develop an
integrated, fair and compassionate world order. As an educational leader, I believe that my role is to act as a trigger for the students to act as catalyst for leadership role in society. And the best way
known to me is to be a positive role model for students and fellow members of the teaching community.
WORK METHODOLOGY
My work and teaching methodology is based on the latest research in cognitive psychology, progressive pedagogy and emotional intelligence. Trained in Differentiated Instruction and constructivist theory of education, I believe that each child learns differently from the same experience. Therefore, the focal point of my work methodology has been to avoid assembly line techniques and design curriculum and instructional methods to cater to the need and aptitude on individual child. My methodology, either in teaching or leading is based on creating deep engagement in others to develop intrinsic motivation for work. In my work I heavily use experiential learning cycle to facilitate learning.
