RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing, Controlling & Monitoring Design and engineering activities related to GA, P&ID, piping Layout, Bill of material by assisting team of draftsman.
• Preparation of Project Schedule, tracking using Primavera P6 and MS project software, preparation of weekly and monthly report making and generating S- Curves.
• Liaison with Client, consultant for engineering document approvals and pursuing with sub-vendors for manufacturing and deliveries of materials.
• Monitoring of Inspection Documents like Material Quality Assurance Plans ensuring quality at each project stages.
• Preparation & submission of Weekly and Monthly progress report (Primavera P6 / MSP) and appraising client on the Project Progress and hindrances.
• Preparation of billing forecast and ensuring timely collection of payments and reporting to top level management on weekly basis.
• Liaison with Financial Banking Institutions for establishing ABG/PBG and issuing to customer.
• Reconciliation of expired BG’s and reviving BG limits
• Overall Site Management which includes site team mobilization, contractor mobilization, deployment of additional contractors, site progress monitoring and essential augmentation of resources as per project requirement
• Product development (design) for reduction in product costing for enhancing Product margin.
