Preparers design from concept stage to construction submissions for MV & LV projects.
Designs all electrical building services systems including power, lighting and extra low voltage systems.
Prepares all systems details such as power schematics&calculations, sub-station & generator room design,distribution schedules and Installation details.
Coordinate with Architectural, Mechanical, Structural & ID departments and assist the QS and tender departments in preparation forcontract documents including specifications and bill of Quantities for Tender purposes.

Review & reply contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFI's, MAS, inspection requests and Co-ordinate with the Account departments on commercial issues as necessary.
Review and approve the construction program submitted by the contractor and coordinate with site team to comply the requirements.
Attending material inspection (MIR) at site confirm material as per approved MAS.
Reviewmethod statements to ensure that the Contractor proposal is feasible and will achieve the intended purpose; review and approve Contractor's periodical payments in line with estimated work completion so that payment can be given according to actual work done; reviews and approve Contractor's change order request and variation so that legitimacy and extent can be confirmed and prepare and issue job site instructions for any modifications to the tender contract.

Coordinate with other teams (engineers) to complete the work without any discrepancy
