Coordinating with PMT, in clearing exception yes/no punch list items followed by pre-commissioning and finally sign off exception punch list packages by PMT

Ensuring all construction and inspection activities are documented as per the Requirements.

Responsible for Implementing of Quality control and Documentation of Quality Plan, Standards and codes.

Witnessing of Bolt Tightening/Torqueing / Tensioning

Inspection of all incoming material for conformity, quality and quantity requirements and prepare MIR as per Quality Plan.

Preparation and submittal of WPS, PQR and weld map for approval as per client and ASME

Preparing Quality plan for inspection process of each components and assemblies.

Maintaining all Quality documents complies with ISO 9000 norms.
