Service requests that are placed through Merlin reaches SRS application thru E-services middleware.

OneView was created on Siebel 7.5.

Worked on the Rebranding Project which summarizes changing the MCI references to Verizon

Was involved in the design and development of Siebel Financial Services Application from Siebel 6.2 to 7.8.2.
Worked on fixing the layout of various applets & views based of the new web based architecture.
Validated and fixed the business components after 6.2 repository was upgraded to 7.8.2.
Replaced MVG applets with shuttle applets wherever necessary.
