The project focused on mapping all data elements used in servicing line of business of Citi mortgage with that of Cenlar as part of Cenlar-Citi contract wherein Cenlar will sub-service Citi’s loans. This would allow both Citi and Cenlar to build an entirely new mortgage Servicing system effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identified client needs and develop customized solutions; this involves understanding primary objectives and implementing.

Mapping & gapping the Citi-Cenlar fields/tables in Oracle along with impact analysis & risk evaluation.

Worked on PL/SQL (Oracle) to retrieve, check and confirm the data/ mappings and table/column designs.

Test user stories for accuracy and compliance to ensure undisputed acceptance and validation of stories.

Worked with UAT team in writing test cases.

Led various meetings with ETL and other development teams to review Functional specification & design the database structure.

This project was focused on Enhancement of alert management through Oracle Enterprise Manager. The project was a technical initiative to improve the monitoring of alerts through Enterprise Manager and reduce the number of junk alerts.

Facilitated JAD with stakeholders and technical team to refine functional requirement and propose solutions to improve existing drawbacks of the alert management system.

Worked as a Liaison between different stakeholders (client, DBA team, Enterprise manager team) to create an enhanced and more efficient alert management system
