• Developer of rural dairy facility on project in all issues including title review, leasing, land use, and state and local incentives, involving $70MM in New Market Tax Credit allocation & 6 community development entities in 2 tranches, obtained allocation & tax credit investment, structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating of all QLICI & leverage loan documents.
