Real Estate

• Developer of rural dairy facility on project in all issues including title review, leasing, land use, and state and local incentives, involving $70MM in New Market Tax Credit allocation & 6 community development entities in 2 tranches, obtained allocation & tax credit investment, structuring the transaction, drafting and negotiating of all QLICI & leverage loan documents.

• International distributor on the purchase and development of industrial sites in New York and North Carolina, in state, local, and federal regulatory and environmental approvals related to the same.

• Developer of $60MM hotel construction in all issues including title, hotel management agreements and licenses, structuring of senior and subordinated debt, and in finding $13.8MM in NMTC allocation and tax credit investment, drafting and negotiating all QLICI and leverage loan documents.
