1)Completion of Main Catering buildings for In Flight catering facility (MC 13) in Muscat International airport. (Project cost 150 Million OMR).

1)Executing the Royal Oman police Hospital buildings (600beds) for Royal Oman police (9 floors height & 80000 sq.m area) Structural & Architectural & finishing Works. (Project cost 220 Million OMR).

Responsibilities:-

1)Study the project scope of work & Drawings & Project specification.

2)Mobilizing the work manpower & machinery for achieving stage wise progress & balancing the budget & Timely completion of project.

3)Shell be taken required safety Precautions & conduct Tool box meetings before starting the daily activity to work manpower for Avoiding accidents & Incidents in Project sites.

4)Construction Activates (Earth work & Excavation, Formwork (Paschal & Table slab & across Shuttering), reinforcement, concrete, backfilling, Block work, Plastering,fire rated and non-fire rated sealent works, finishing works etc) fallow the approved method statements & specifications.

5)Ensure the Required material availability prior starting the work & raising the purchase orders.

6)Maintain the good communication with clients & Consultants & MIS (message information service) with Reporting persons.

7)Following the Project type (EPC or BOQ) stage wise & Quantity wise Running billing Activities.

8)Maintain the Required document Like (DPR, POUR CARDS, DLR, STORE INDENTS & HINDRANCE REGISTER & Measurement books),

9)Raising & Conduct required Activity wise Inspections with Client & consultants.

10)Prepare bills for Subcontract works or PRW(Peace rate of works) or NMR(Nominal muster roll)

11)Find out construction material quantities & Concrete qty & Making the Barb bending schedule as per .
