Dear Recruiter,

I am honoured and pleased in sharing my resume for this graduate position. I am glad to be considered for this position.

I did my bachelor’s in AMET University, Chennai, India on the degree B.E Petroleum Engineering with first class distinction. So, with that basic knowledge I wanted to enlighten it more to face the challenges occurring in the oil and gas industry and that is how I started doing my master’s and I finished my MSc. Petroleum and Gas engineering with merit score at the University of Salford, UK. I worked on a practical study of storing CO2 in saline aquifers. Mitigation with distilled water and determining the Petro-physical properties under different reservoir conditions were my main objectives of that project.

I did two internships. One at ONGC (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation ltd) Kuthalam, India where I had opportunities to see how gas is gathered and processed for sale and another at WOOD GROUP KENNY Pvt. Ltd Chennai, India where I learnt about the OLGA simulation and flow assurance. I believe I will be able to learn more about the industry with due respect of all support and guidance provided by the company. I am a fast learner and hope to get into a perfect shape technically and work together as a team. I am very keen to accept new challenges and I will assure to work along that challenge and overcome it with full confidence. I believe I could take this big opportunity as my life changing career option and I will be looking forward to work under this esteemed organisation.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Yours Sincerely,

Yogesh K
