All maintains work, thickness of plate from 6 mm to 25 mm above, some of plate weld used by ARC welding according to the plate thickness. Repair work for Pipe changing and strainers. Sea tube remove and new fabricating weld after NDT for QA inspection. using machines are miller, portable wire feeder, ESAB, Lincoln & Sun ARC, JLG & Scissor lift used for side plate and shell side sea tube changing, repair works. All joints to take Radiographic & Ultra Sound test according to the ASME code. After the work finish keep clean the work area for house keeping to prepare next day works. POSITION OF WELD:
