DESCRIPTION -
Oracle Marketing cloud is an email marketing of promotional and transactional email campaigns. These projects benefit the client with familiarizing their new products to public customers and subscribed customers. It enables customers to know about the upcoming new products or offers that are present with the client for the particular day or occasion.
Oracle Responsys Interact tool used here takes care of end to end online marketing. It keeps track and maintains the detail of all the customers who subscribes for Campaigns and sends bulk campaign according to the subscription type automatically. It also works sending chain Emails based on the status of previous Campaign.
The objective of project is to validate all the operations of Email marketing of the products. The important modules of the site are Email, Distribution List, Seedlist and Suppression list attached in Responsys interact tool. All it deals with is, testing the email through Responsys dashboard using SQL, where user will receive the email based on Seedlist, Suppression list. The concern security is considered as the wide range of functionality.
Testing is basically related to emails (Promotional and Transactional).Whenever the Campaign Specialist sends us to review the campaign, we review them in two manners (Creative and Dashboard).In the Creative Section we verify Content, Links, Alt tags, Rendering Part which includes Smoke and Regression Testing etc. In Dashboard we review the internal structure of the emails like SQL logic, Unsubscribe Options, Seed lists etc.
