EXPERIENCE DETAILS
Working at ACCILERA TECHNOLOGIES from August 2013 onwards as Operations & maintance engineer. Experience in coordinating and troubleshooting of maintance work of motors, electrical panels, control circuits, solar panels and other electrical & hydraulic equipment’s.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintenance:
Maintained and troubleshoot different electrical and Control systems like Generators, motors, transformers, circuit Switch gears, 220V & 24V lighting system and safety systems.
Responsible for the effective maintenance function including preventive maintenance covering electrical, instrumentation and mechanical activities in the work site.
Plans and schedules preventive maintenance/ overhauling of all mechanics and equipment in site ensuring minimum down time and optimum utilization.
Supervising Periodic maintenance of Diesel Engines, Hydraulic motors.
Trouble Shooting of DC and AC panels, control circuits, motors etc of the work site.
Supports all power systems and electrical equipments & coordinate with mechanical department in completing all maintenance works.
Planning, scheduling & execution of proactive & reactive maintenance.
Diagnosing, Maintenance & trouble shooting of Equipments.
Driving the technicians crew & ensures the work orders are completed within the time limit meeting all standards without failure.
Periodic on site inspection ensuring all equipments is working with maximum efficiencies without losses.
Supevises and guides the electrical departmentstaff and oversees their work.
Maintain and check spares availablity and raise for any requirements.
Coordinate with procurement department in procuring the recommended spare parts & make sure break down can be minimised.
Keeping data base & Operation & maintenance manual of all equipment schedule, manufacture, supplier data base so that easy communication.
Testing & commissioning of new installed equipments, coordinating handing over & assuring proper training are provided to the client & technicians.
Manpower planning, coordination with client representative.
Making the periodical maintenance plan and implementing(requested expense plan and budget keeping)
Level up the maintenance facilities, and member skill.
2.Safety control secretariat:
Analysis and provision for safety accident
Holding the monthly “Safety Meeting”, and safety condition report.
Making up the annual safety target, and contribute the safety policy/slogan
3.Reports:
Preparing daily & monthly progress reports to management & client.
Maintaining all records of operation and maintenance in ERP.

oModified Multilevel Inverter
In this project, a modified multilevel DC-AC inverter is proposed. The proposed multilevel inverter generates nine levels AC output voltage with the appropriate gate signals design. Also, the low pass filter is used to reduce the total harmonic distortion of the sinusoidal output voltage. The operating principles of the proposed inverter and the voltage balancing method of input capacitors are discussed. Finally, a laboratory prototype multilevel inverter with 400 V input voltage and output 220 Vrms is implemented.

oMesh Networking Based Solution For Smart Metering And Power Management
This project describes a mesh networking solution based on, Routing Protocol for Low power networks (RPL) to realize Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) network communication. It consists of self organizing algorithms to enable energy meters to automatically discover connectivity and recover from the loss of connectivity. Priority scheduling based on load is done using microprocessors.
