Provide administrative support to the CEO, including general and reception works.
Perform all the necessary typing & editing of Memos, E-mails, and Letters, Attending, Screening calls and taking messages
Develop, create, transcribe and distribute the agendas, attachments, presentations and minutes of meeting.
Maintain CEO daily calendar and contacts.
