Using the Percussion Method of Water Drilling, developed a deep well bore for the Australian Army Camp near Maliana, in East Timor while serving as an engineer officer as part of UN Peace Keeping Operations (UNTAET). Constructed a Ford near Maliana, on a water course and ensured continued supply of Humanitarian aid being delivered by the UN.
