Description:

OFF PLOT DELIVERY CONTRACT (ODC) – Project involves various oil & gas exploration wells such as free flow (FF) wells, electrically submersible pump (ESP) wells, dump flood wells, beam pump wells, water supply wells and water injection wells. The Multi selector valves (MSV’s) is implemented for the project, where oil flow is monitored using temperature, pressure, flow transmitters and Multiphase flow meter (MPFM), similarly the oil flow is controlled and monitored using ESD valves and panels. Project is implemented as per PDO requirement by following SHELL Standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervision of Installation of instruments against engineering drawings and PEFS.

Inspecting the instruments has been installed properly as per requirement by following standard procedures and Specifications.

Make sure the Safety & Quality standards are followed & maintained during implementation of work.

Coordinate with client to update the current status, daily progress report and pre planning the activity as per work schedule and Preparing work permit, inspection reports and gets it cleared from client for the crew to work in the site.

Supported team to prepare as-built documents and Red line mark ups (RLMU)

Verification and Calibration of all field instruments before installation.

On-line monitoring of field instruments as required by Project Specifications.

Supported Electrical discipline for inspection and construction activities.

Description:

The project is for oil and gas refineries where the engineering, procurement, construction is done for fired heater implementation. Currently implementing the regenerative fired heater for ROGC plant where the methane gas will be heated until its set point and will be let out from heater to further flow. The process flow will be implemented by using temperature, pressure, flow sensors and transmitters. The process flow will be implemented by following the Instrumentation and P&ID diagram. Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparing the work schedule, inspection reports and get it cleared from client.

Supported in sharing inputs to team to develop as build documents
