· Executed TP&E projects by using PMP methodology to communicate to teams. Researched technologies such as Fusion, to develop the Help Desk Tool and Acorn application. Completed the Help Desk Tool to improve existing functionality. Presented, demonstrated, and received 100% satisfaction on the eNPS for the Help Desk site. Updated the team’s tSpace page and eScore Wiki site to improve communication and support team member’s projects.
· Executed TDPaaS, Help Desk, and ACORN projects using MSSQL database and queries, Java, SharePoint, Web Services (SOAP), HTML, CSS, jQuery, ColdFusion, and JavaScript to create sites that generate tickets and workflows across multi-function teams.
· Engaged in weekly meetings to better support eScore, Designer, IP&O Systems Help Desk website, and eScore tSpace page. Scheduled meetings with the IP&O team and Amdocs to create user manual while supporting eScore, UAT, Help Desk Application, and Acorn.

· Executed LAG and Card Expansion projects by using PMP methodology to communicate to weekly cross- functional teams. Led Go/No Go calls for the LAG Augments and received 100% participation to proceed with the Maintenance Window. Scheduled and supported PMATT projects, timely and accurately. Updated milestones to reflect status of projects and the Sharepoint site to improve communication and support team member’s projects during absences.
· Manage the 1.2M budget for RAN, the 2M budget for LTE, and 2.4M budget for wireless Ethernet. Manage the forecast and actuals monthly. Improve the format of the existent budget by implementing forms and pivot tables.
· Project Manage the out of franchise Technical Questionnaire Review process with colleagues. Develop a tracker of current carriers and pursue that 1000+ sites will not be in jeopardy of missing their planned On Air dates.
· Developed a contractor on boarding management system. Initiated the onboarding process for NPWs for projects such as LTE and end to end PMO. Contractors were hired to support the deployment of 20,000+ cell sites in 2013.
