IK Academy is a services company,and our products are training, consultancy and conference. As a sales & marketing personnel,my daily task and also my target are to call to all of company in Malaysia,to find clients,to do research and to study about our client' company services and products. From that research,I will call them and introduce about our company and services,I have to ask client about their Training Needs and Analysis (TNA) and I will discuss further and proposed our training program.They can choose either to conduct training as an In House Training or invite them to attend our Public Training that will held in Hotel. This is to maintain the client - sales staff relationship and also to make sure a good quality of our Trainer and training, for future reference of good business. I also have to keep them updated for our next training in future for technical and soft skills management.
