The company is a joint venture between NAPINO AUTO & ELECTRONICS and CONTINENTAL AUTOMOTIVE named as NAPINO CONTINENTAL VEHICLE ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, for designing and manufacturing of Instrument Cluster for 2W, 4W and commercial vehicles.

Select project core team members in conjunction with functional management and assure the definition of project responsibilities for entire system and subsystems with detailed responsibilities.

Develop project plan, work breakdown structure to understand customer milestones and managed technical, schedule and budget aspects of a cross-functional team.

Perform risk management and update e-PSR to report top management globally.

Manage customer interface for project development and commercial aspects in conjunction with sales.

Approve modifications in time, budget and specifications within an agreed scope of the project.

Provide access to knowledge gained in the project, such as lessons learned with project closure report.

Attending customer’s complaints; monitoring manufacturing processes & troubleshooting problems in coordination with other departments and improving efficiency.

Used for material removal from a work piece by the application of a high-speed stream of abrasive particles suspended in a gas medium from a nozzle caused by brittle fracture by impingement and then by erosion to give the desired intricate shape to the work piece.
