ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:

•Preparation of stage tooling drawing for Primary powder metallurgy compaction press and all secondary cost center process for both NPD & Existing running parts.

•Handling the NPD production in shop floor.

•Compaction Tool Design, die opt. & Tool Stress analysis.

•Preparing Technical Comparison & Clarifications regarding Customer Enquiry.

•Tooling design change in Primary compaction process based on manufacturing report.

•Measuring the worn out/damaged compacting machine parts during the machine maintenance and providing the drawing.

•Handling &preparing the customer related documents based on the customer requirement and urgency.

•Preparation of the PPAP,APQP based on NPD, Customer request and ECN changes.

•Simultaneously working towards Quality and System improvement through Change Management flow, Document and Data Control flow, ISC flow and NPD flow.

•Preparation of Control plan and Process flow diagram for the NPD & regular parts based on Customer requirement.

•Knowledge of the ISO/TS 16949:2009, JIS, IS, DIN, ISO Standards related to automobile.

•Handling Supplier related documents such as Spec. sheets for Plating, Raw material.

•Working knowledge of SAP regarding Inspection plan, Routing, Planning, BOM, Material creation,New tool purchasing

•Knowledge of KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, SPC,7QC, DOE, PPAP.
