From June 2019- March 2020- Recruited Door to Door Sales reps for the Beltway Comcast territories under the leadership of Jennifer Patton and Detria Blount . Also recruited Inbound Sales Reps for Comcast Nashville Call Center under the leadership of Tonne Lee and Detria Blount . Exceeded metrics every day with submission of candidates and high take rates
* From March 2015-June 2019, Recruiting for Communication Installation Technicians on Comcast account in Southeastern United States Marketplace. IT background was a plus in being hired .
Candidates should have a love of technology as they will be installing Comcast cable, video, phone and home security services. A phone screen is completed on qualified candidates and submitted to Comcast daily. Candidates are sourced on Indeed, Comcast Success Factors system and via candidate referrals. Metrics are exceeded daily with qualified candidates of between 6-8 submittals per day.
• From May 2012- March 2015 Responsible for recruiting and sourcing Direct Sales Representatives remotely for Comcast for their Union NJ location, San Jose/San Francisco Cal locations, for the Chicago Area Project and Southeastern United States locations. Source and submit candidates daily through Monster Job Board, Career Builder, the Ladders, referrals, Craigs List, Indeed and university job boards.
60-70 phone calls are made daily and submitted candidates are prequalified with telephone interview script. Candidates are responsible for completing Comcast application and pre-assessment prior to interview.
Metrics: Submitted 3-5 pre-qualified candidates daily to Comcast to proceed to interview stage. Scheduled 8 interview slots per week . I exceeded submittals with 5-7 submits per day. In addition, high rate of candidates were made offers to start employment.
