Summer Internship -2017:

Role : Project on - Point of Sales Analytics

Project analysis was to analyse the fraundant partners of the organization.

Activities such as billing and order processing, sales monitoring and reporting, inventory tracking, returns were analyzed to better understand the issue occurring within the organization.

Basic data analysis steps were defined to find the frauds. Machine learning automated methods establishment was done using python was done to detect frauds of the company.

Data extraction and preparation of data.

Project: Understanding a customer in 360degree view

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding the customer value in a 360degree view is having a holistic customer profile record that captures different types of data from across channels and systems, aggregates that data to understand what’s important to customers, and applies those insights to deliver personalized, engaging customer experiences

Company employee related analysis was performed upon to understand the analytics behind customer moving away from investing ad analysis upon how to retain the customer, the needs etc.

After understanding an effective representation based on a single customer, a holistic view is was to presented to the client such that they understand where the efforts are to be made. .

The 360degree view gives all the info about the customer to the client as per his requirement.

Project: Customer Issue Analysis and Resolution

Roles and Responsibilities:

The main Focus was to understand and analyze customer issue and develop the knowledge upon how the process was followed.

Post analysis, guide the user proper steps (i.e.,if the user has used wrong steps) to resolve the issue and provide appropriate support to execute the same.

Roles and Responsibilities:

End to end execution of project plan was developed under the guidance of a senior project manager.

Involved in Strategic/organizational alignment, Project scope Understanding, Feasibility assessment and contingency plans, Constraints, Human resource requirements, Material/equipment requirements, Project schedule and milestones, Budget/cost estimate, Risk Management, Project issues, Change management, Communication management, products and deliverables

All the phases of Project management were monitored with close guidance to successfully execute the project.

Project: Process management- Onboarding and Off-Boarding resources

Roles and Responsibilities:

Efficiently plan and monitor the performance of various activities in a business environment for executing the Process Flow of Resource management

Planning and organizing to develop an automated process for hiring a resource has been developed from scratch in PeopleSoft tool.

Initial planning upon understanding the current complete process of Hiring has been pen downed and then a proper flow has been created with appropriate changes for ease of HR’s and PM’s in an organization.

Proper steps of a process management has been followed with documentation from client.

Developing coded and testing has been done by client as well the business team for approval and revene generation of the project.

Project delivery was done on time and with good results.

Project: Project and Process management and analysis (PMP)-Data Migration and system integration

Roles and Responsibilities:

A major task of migrating data from one system to another system has been performed during this project.

The data base change has been executed with supreme criticality.

A proper plan and steps were taken place to analyze the process working across the organization. Each of the process like HR data, finance, Project etc all the process steps were first analyzed with current process and the transmitted into a new process.

Major task was to understand the functionality of new system and how the current process could contribute well with the new system.

Template has been created to monitor the steps performed by each of the process team and post successful understanding new process were established in the system.

Project: Post graduation

Marketing Management analysis tool for MBA – “E-Learning Analytics-Platform”

The Project is a research on E-learning in India and marketing of the learning is done to encourage E-Learning in the state of Dehradun.

A tool for analysis and a complete visualization has been prepared to make analysis easier to check the student’s mental ability and based on that the study pattern is decided. Finally a dashboard was created for complete analysis.

A marketing tool was created with analysis solution.

Achievements

Awarded “Young Engineers Award” for Best performance in the academics in the year 2013-2014.

Got 2nd prize for “Creative writing” competition occurred at SDEW.
