Senior Director of Inventory Management July 2018 – October 2019

Lead the Inventory Management department responsible for managing the store replenishment process and promotional product allocations; as well as, the inventory forecasting and reporting for all of Rent-A-Center’s inventory.

Managed a department of 20 directors, managers, planners and merchandise analysts accountable for the open to buy and product flow for $500 million in annual receipts; reported to SVP of Supply Chain.

Implemented new store ordering process while leading the supply chain transformation to direct to store delivery from our vendors.

Director of Inventory Planning and Forecasting April 2015 – June 2018

Directed and provided oversight for the activities of the Inventory Planning and Forecasting team, including weekly inventory forecasting and reporting, ladder plans, and line review for inventory located in multiple distribution centers and 2,350 stores.

Managed a team of 13 managers, planners and analysts accountable for the open to buy and product flow for $550 million in annual receipts.

Reduced 2017 year ending inventory by $45 million while increasing the percent of new merchandise by 33% or 810 bps compared to 2016.

Managed a team of seven merchants and assistant buyers accountable for $515 million in annual revenue and $335 million in annual gross profit for the Power, Technical, & Toy categories.

Managed a staff accountable for $110 million in annual revenue in the Toy & Communication categories while growing the Toy platform revenue by 21%.

Increased 2012 gross profit dollars for Toy product platform by 56% when industry revenue was flat.
