TOA Global has 1,700 employees across offices in Australia, United States, Canada and the Philippines. I head the entire North American operations. As the only executive in North America I am responsible for everything from top line growth through P& L management. Served as sales leader to the CEO and COO helping refine all sales processes across the entire organization. Increased revenues by 455%. Influenced executive team with metric driven changes by marrying operations and sales in roles that play to the strengths of the team while achieving very low turnover of existing staff. Highlights:
