Role & Responsibilities

Manages the contractors and site team to complete the PPM and CM tasks for MEP works.

Manages the site team for monitoring of FM Equipment, Site Inspection, contractor/end-user Coordination and event related works.

Respond to emergency MEP system and routine calls from facilities and take action as necessary.

Preparation of job plan and maintenance procedure of equipment’s on site and uploading it on CAFM, computerized maintenance management tool.

Planning and mobilization of team to execute preventive and corrective maintenance activity of MEP Equipment’s like Chiller, AHUs, FCUs, Split & Window ACs, Chilled Water Pumps, Irrigation Pumps, Electrical Panels, Generators, UPS, boilers, fire alarm, CCTV etc.

Responsible for checking the quality of work performed by the contractor with accordance to SLA and KPI.Penalizing them if the work is not achieved as agreed service level agreements.

Responsible for checking if the PPM is being carried out with accordance to method of statement. Ensuring that, are they following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while carrying out PPM and CM activities.

Taking weekly toolbox meeting in order to avoid accidents.

Checking on the status of all equipment and log down.

Attend and record phone calls regarding complaints and ensure communicated to the respective persons.

Perform emergency support duty at plant.

Energy Center – Plant Overview

Daikin Centrifugal Chillers-Total Cooling Capacity is 52,200 Tons dedicated to Khalifa Stadium pitch cooling, office building and other future loads.

Cooling towers of 3 cells, a total of 9 no’s Cooling towers for heat rejection, and water flow rate of 745 L/S with 185 KW fan motors.

Transfer pumps, 4 kinds of pumps are accomplishing the work in the new energy Center.

Fire pumps with 3 kind of engines, Diesel, Electric fire and Jockey pumps.

TES Tank 100 ton-hour was designed to run for hours at full-load and additional 2 hours at half –load for khalifa Stadium events.

SCADA system to monitor the parameters and to control the chillers, pumps, CTs, AHUs, valves, fire alarm, pipe leak detection and others.

Role & Responsibilities
