DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITES :-
Conduct HSE awareness for field and office staff
Maintain documentation and data in line with statutory and company guidelines.
Ensure HSE data is accurate, up to date and accessible to HSE and management at all times
Secured and reviewed specific permits for live plant and other specific works such as: Lifting, hot work, Lock / tag out permit, confined space permit etc.

Prepare monthly accident/incident & near miss report after investigation and initiates steps to eliminate unsafe practice causing such accidents.

Check the all required documents at site like work permit, gas test check list, confined space log sheet, method statement, risk assessment, MSDS, vehicle checklist, third party certificate etc.

Daily inspection of full body harness PPE, electrical, power tools and hand tools etc.
Daily inspection of scaffolding and its tag
Properly maintain the employee induction training and all other record like tool box talk, medical records declaration record and all kinds of training records
Giving mass tool box talk, mock drill weekly and monthly at site
Recommend employee for safety monthly award and attend the monthly safety meeting.
