• Conduct supplier performance evaluation on our current suppliers from our database and score them according to their performance annually.

• Develop long-term and short-term agreement to ensure cost savings in conjunction to our company policy.

• Sort, categorizing, and filing important documents in systematic order and under appropriate categories.

• Prepare duplicate copies and saving them as information backup.

• Support data management team in designing and developing software’s for quick data mining methods and safe storage.

• Prepare an index or dictionary to make data extraction quick and easy for all.

• Update daily status of goods arrival and shipped.
