• Handle high value and complex purchase request for Facility Maintenance, Hardware Software and Cloud based Solution for I.T. General Office Supplies and Marketing request for events etc.
• Send request for proposal and request for quotation, analysis proposals, identify risk if any, conduct pre-award meeting with the suppliers and award Local Purchase Order /Long-term Contracts with approvals as per the delegation of authority in coordination with my manager.
• Update and prepare of various reports to achieve key performance indicator.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation on our current suppliers from our database and score them according to their performance annually.
• Develop long-term and short-term agreement to ensure cost savings in conjunction to our company policy.
