QUALITY BY DESIGN WITH GEOMETRIC DIMENSIONING AND
TOLERANCING
This course was designed and delivered in association with m/s WESTERN THOMSON (INDIA), Chennai. This course carried with syllabus of product rules and regulation which is to considered while designing a product, requirement and need of product management, geometric dimensions and tolerances for 45 hours.
PROJECTS
Experimental Investigation on mechanical and micro- structural characteristics of ABS blended with POLYSTRENE I prepared blends of two different polymer materials into different ratios and prepared a five specimens using injection moulding for analysis and identified their micro and mechanical characteristics properties through conducting various experiments into it.
Medi-Copter (Drone)
I made mini-drone using H shape frame for 80 grams and added some electronics components which weight as 85 grams. For frame I prepared using PVC pipes, cutted them into certain dimensions attached them using nuts and bolts. Then attached some electronic components like KK2.15 BOARD, ESU, PROPELLER BLADES, 250W DC BATTERY, TRANSMITTER &
RECEIVER of RC BOARD into them. Then codded programing into KK2.15 board.
