• Merged the operations into Agri-based Biofuels.
PAL-Tech, Vice President, Corporate Development, (August 2006 – May 2009)
• Hired to expand the organization from State Department and Educational Institutions into the Department of Defense (DOD) market.
• Oversaw the re-development of in-house software to meet Department of Defense (DOD) needs and requirements.
• Managed the marketing, branding and proposal efforts to secure $100,000,000 in Department of Defense (DOD) contracts.
M Systems Corporation, President and CEO, (January 2000 – June 2006)
• Corporation was established by the Clinton/Gore Administration, Congress and the Bush/Cheney Administration based on the VP Al Gore Report to Privatize identified Government organizations.
• In coordination with Congress, Department of Defense (DOD) and the White House, established the processes and procedures to transition Government Organizations and agencies into Private Business. This included reorganization of management functions, accounting, personnel management, benefits, and financing.
• Secured $1,100,000,000 to implement the new processes.
• Hired and organized 400 employees, and teamed with the Wharton School of Business, Dunn and Bradstreet, and PBJ Marketing to execute the plans.
• Privatized two major Government agencies (U.S. Department of Energy’s Uranium Enrichment Enterprise and Intelsat) and before the effort was strategically re-evaluated and re-directed following the 9/11 attacks on the United States.
Pinnix Design Inc. Vice President, Government Programs, (August 1995 – November 1999)
• Hired to expand this “Mom and Pop” majority owned American Indian 8 (a) certified construction / design business.
• Became a partner/owner of the business and secured multiple government contracts, expanding the annual corporate revenue from $1,750,000 to $22,000,000.
• Oversaw and managed major high visibility projects including; The interior of the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC, The White House Situation Room, The US Air Force Band Recording Studio, and Malcolm Grove Medical Center renovation on Andrews Air Force Base Horizon Data Corporation, Vice President, International and Military Programs, (June 1988 – August 1995)
• Created the International and Military division dedicated to supporting innovative to Military Systems around the world, increased division revenue from $0 to $550,000,000
