Monitor construction and supervise field staff to meet the schedule completion

Coordinate with other discipline engineer for electrical requirement of their equipment to identify if it is in line with the project requirement.

Resolve Onsite MEP coordination issue to ensure smooth execution of all services

Attend project review meeting client and consultant on regular basis to update bottle neck by work not related to MEP work

Update management bottle neck related to MEP work which affects project completion.

Prepare recovery plan in case of delay to meet project completion schedule

Selection and identification of Subcontractors with regards to access control system, public address system, voice evacuation system, CCTV system, Telephone& Data system and SMATV & IP TV system to expedite the project completion in time

Testing & Commissioning

Scheduling testing & commission in accordance with other discipline engineers

Coordinate and approval from Local Electrical authority for power supply

Coordinate and approval of Fire alarm system from Civil Defense Authority

Expedite MEP subcontractor for Submittals of Material and Shop drawing in accordance with project requirement

Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.

Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.

Monitor the delivery of Material to site in accordance with the planned schedule.

Review & Update management variation claims by Subcontractor, schedules & disputes to ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, and Contract Drawings & BOQ.

Reviewing subcontractors’ claims related to mechanical and electrical works variation and coordination with consultant for claims from clients if it is not under the preview of work contracts

Guide and coordinate with staff to ensure consistency and maintenance of performance standards.

Day to day review and monitor the competence of MEP subcontractor’s execution of work to meet the project deadline and update the management on regular basis

Attending regular coordination with Consultant & Subcontractors on issues related on work progress, coordination, design aspects and take effective corrective actions.

Monitoring progress of MEP work to ensure on time & quality of project execution in line with budgetary requirement of the project

Prepare master plan for Testing & Commissioning of MEP services in coordination with MEP subcontractors

Expedite As-Built drawing for MEP service

Coordinate & Expedite for Approval from Local Electrical Authority and Civil defense Authority

Expedite subcontractor for document related final handing to Client Design Engineer
