Switching and changing over from Boiler / Generator power synchronizing to local utility supplied power. Thorough knowledge of proper techniques for bring plant back up on line, after shutdown of electrical systems. Furnace operations and maintaining calibrating standards. Diagnose Relay Logics, PLC`s, Variable speed drives, Motor controls, Counters, Digital and Analog instrumentation. Familiar with Hydraulics and Pneumatics. I have performed P.M and repairs for overhead cranes. AC/DC, remote and cab mounted controls. Licensed Medium and High voltage termination, taps, splicing and repairs. Certified by BICSI for Fiber Optics installation and testing. Working knowledge of various PLC programming software and Drive settings. fluent with National Electric Codes. Experience with Windows, Auto-Cad and via programs. I have 10/30-hour OSHA cards, American Red Cross CPR & SFA.I have Military Clearance. Valid U.S Passport. I have worked in the Petrochemical plants, Paper mills, Steel mills in Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless steel, sheet finishing, cold roll, ingots and pickle line, Borax mining and food processing plants.
