Job Description:

Manage daily operations ensuring daily schedules are planned and optimized for efficiencies.

Directly supervises technicians, drivers, and workers.

Dealing with the drivers, technician and devices vendors to secure all the preparation and daily operation needs.

Supervises the fleet preparation process (Devices Installation, Wrapping and Cashless Fuel system).

Ensure that vehicles are registered and operating within all KSA legal requirements; e.g. vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, driver requirements

Coordinate with the customer service staff to overcome the daily operations challenges which are faced by the clients.

Ensure that cars are relocated to the high demand areas at specific times of the day to maximize the ekar service visibility to the users and the profitability of the program itself.

Timely and accurate update of all ekar system to reflect the physical fleet representation on the ground.

Coordination with Call Center agent to ensure all customer requirements are met and resolved to the earliest possible time.

Ensure all TAMM for rentals are updated.

Coordinate with the workshop for repairs and regular maintenance of the cars.

Analysing data from system to make utilization report per minute, day, week & month & send to Fleet Manager
