December 2018-April 2020 (Contract)

My primary duties are to supply and assist clients (convenience store owners) with our custom built back office software. This includes taking incoming and making outgoing sales calls, explaining what our software consists of, and making them aware of how it will benefit their store(s). All information about our clients are stored in a cloud-based CRM system.

My primary duties at the start of employment was to take incoming calls, set appointments, and make some outgoing sales calls for the Director of Sales. Later on in my employment, my duties were to sell company services directly to new and existing clients in regard to the company’s property tax services. These services were offered to both residential and commercial clients. After each sale, I would then prepare the necessary paperwork and forward them down to the company’s in-house accountants.

My duties were set meetings between the Sales Director and potential clients, which entailed answering calls, making sure to call customers back, and to schedule the best date and time to meet. I later began to make sales calls and emails myself to various colleges and universities health services administrators to have them add our online STD testing link to their health services school web page. I would explain the program to them, how it would benefit the students, and that there was absolutely no cost to do so.
