Locate, troubleshoot, verify, and calibrate process control loops Perform individual instrument calibration and/or verification within the specified tolerance using Hart/Fieldbus Communicator 375, 475, and DevCom with reference meter Fluke 787, 789, 721, 725 Read schematic drawings and/or manufacturer manuals as needed for installation, troubleshooting, or programming equipment Verify energy isolation for lock out/red tag system and complete RTO Troubleshoot, terminate, function test, energized 480V - 3 phase motor controls
Program and troubleshoot VFDs and temperature controllers Troubleshoot and calibrate XV valves, and control valve positioners, and pneumatic instruments
Repair/replace internal valve parts: Plug, stem, packing, orings, etc. Repair/replace external valve parts/components: actuators, solenoids, positioners, and limit switches
Perform calculations to compare the process variable to the field value and calculations to determine range values for troubleshooting and verification purposes (all process control applications)
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
