Which deals with the Installation work, Maintenance, Designing, of various buildings including Commercial, Residence, Shopping Malls, and Shopping Plaza’s, Laboratories, Hospitals. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Studying the detail structures of projects for HVAC designing as per standards & codes in relation with the application of project.

(Commercial, Residential, Officials, Banks, Residential villas and High rise buildings, Hotels etc.).

Coordinating with all disciplines to collect all the necessary information’s needed so as to ensure the accuracy of designing.

Making heating/cooling load calculations as per ASHRAE standards using Carrier HAP 4.3 software’s based upon the site conditions & projects application using the ASHRAE Standards

Deciding the cooling/heating system (chilled water, split or package system) to be used to meet the peak load requirements so that the system should be economical and efficient.

Deciding the air control systems to be installed.

Selection of chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Package Units, Split Units, Chilled water pumps, exhaust fans & their accessories.

CHW Pipe Sizing using the ASHRAE Standards.

Pump Head Calculations using the ASHRAE Standards.

HVAC Duct designing supply, return, exhaust & fresh air ducts using the ASHRAE Standard and SMACNA.

To prepare the selection of machines like FCU’s, AHU’s and pumps on the basis of heat load calculations from respective models like Blue Star, Voltas and Carrier.

Static pressure calculations for fan & Motor selections.

Coordinating with CAD operators to make A/C drawings.

Reviewing the material and drawing submittals for the approval.

Coordinating with the main & sub-contractors for work quality assurance & to complete the job as per schedules.

Conducting weekly meetings with main contractors and sub-contractors so as to update all electromechanical activities.

Coordinating with all disciplines for variation in any structure of a project.

Coordinating with suppliers to ensure the deliveries of electromechanical equipment’s, fixtures and their accessories to avoid any delays that would affect the final handover of electromechanical activities.

Testing, adjusting and balancing of air distribution ducts & chilled water pipes.

Installation of air conditioning accessories such as aluminum filters, bag filters, hepa filters, sound attenuators, back draft dampers, fire and smoke dampers, gravity shutters, volume dampers, split dampers, flexible duct connections, plenum boxes, supply, return and exhaust diffusers & grills etc.

Coordinate with Preparation of Material–submittals/Approvals with Consultant.

Supervise preparation of Design/Shop/As-built Drawing.

Coordination of all Mechanical related works with Consultant, Client and Sub-contractors of other related works.

Inspecting whether the works are done in accordance with Specifications, Bill of Quantities and with respect to Approved Drawings.

Testing and Commissioning of HVAC works.
