CAREER OBJECTIVE:-
I am looking for a company where I can amplify my Process Engineering skills and ideas to achieve the twin goal of growth for both the company and my career. Enhance capability in the field of Process Engineering to achieve maximum productivity. TECHNICAL SKILLS:-
Completed advanced level course from M/s. Chemsys Process Engineering Pvt. Ltd Chennai.
Familiar with Codes & Standards viz.Bureau of Indian Standards, API, ASME. Process calculations including energy balance, Line Sizing and Pressure drop. Study of PFD, Datasheet and preparation of P&ID. General arrangement drawing, piping isometric and plot plan which provide important information for manufacturing and installing equipment and machinery.
Process Simulation:
From client inputs, we get various parameters including components, turndown ratio, final product and performance requirement. Using these inputs, a steady state model is built in Honeywell Unisim or Aspen Hysys. This software has various fluid package adapting to various components. Peng Robinson is widely used fluid package for oil and gas projects. It has better results, ideal for VLE calculations for hydrocarbon system. Familiarized with Blowdown & depressurization of PSVs and dynamic simulation.

Cultivating Pet 1006 from a bacterial strain we give optimum media.Cultured solution is formed is transferred to cleaning tanks.Biosurfactant action takes place, forms emulsion layers .Oil thus collected will have high API of higher quality.
