Roles and Responsibilities:

Development and checking of following project deliverables:

Plot plan and General Arrangement Drawings (GAD)

Piping isometrics, Review of Fabrication Shop drawings and Vendor drawings.

Assisting to Senior Piping Engineer in preparation of piping deliverables as follows

Preparation of Piping Bulk Material Take off (MTO), Piping Bill of Material (BOM)

MTO of Line pipes, piping valves, Piping specialty items etc.

Specification & datasheets of Piping Components.

Piping Material Specification (PMS), Pipe wall thickness calculation as per ASME B31.3.

MTO for piping supports; primary and secondary supports and provide input to Civil Department.

Basic knowledge of Piping Stress Analysis using CAESAR-II and prepare the complete piping stress report for individual systems.

Adhere to Company HSE rules and quality procedures in preparation of deliverables.

Intermediate Knowledge in International standards (ASME B31.3, ASME 36.10, ASME 16.9 etc.)

Sound experience in Microsoft word and excel.

Fully coordination will Senior Engineer, understands the project requirement and assist in completing the deliverables.
