• Responsible for all of the organization’s graphic design needs, including the creation of all marketing materials, support documents and visual assets for the chapter.
• Worked extensively with digital marketing and efforts of the chapter. High interaction with all departments of the chapter as well as donors, sponsors, vendors, board members and various supporters of the organization.
• Designed all chapter’s materials including but not limited to emails, slides, information sheets, print & digital ads, invitations, awards, signage, incentives, events collateral, social media graphics, infographics, graphic e-signatures, sponsorship packets, t-shirt, etc.
• Managed the printing and delivery of all materials, which entails researching companies for cost-saving and efficiency, ordering, shipping, inventory maintenance and production of all materials and serves as liaison to related vendors, printers, mail houses, etc.
• Maintained chapter’s website and other digital platforms.
• Developed websites as needed utilizing WordPress.
• Developed layout/design of chapter newsletter, e-new and other communication tools.
• Worked on short-form videos for social media, events and other chapter needs.
• Assisted with managing the social media calendar and content for the chapter to market their brand, events and wishes.
• Created all design materials for Season of Wishes®, World Wish Day®, Trailblaze Challenge®, Walk for Wishes®, Evening of Wishes® campaigns and development events.
• Executed e-marketing and e-solicitation.
• Protected the chapter’s brand identity and ensured its use in keeping with the current Make-A-Wish® America standards.
