Obtaining products (plumbing items, building materials, A.C. spare parts, filters, stationery) including identifying and sourcing of suppliers & materials with best negotiation as per project requirement. Going through material requisitions and analyzing them to determine appropriate procurement measures to be taken as per company standards. Preparation of requisitions to concerned suppliers and obtaining bids appropriately.

Comparing and referring quotes from different suppliers and finalizing the price in accordance to quality and requirements. Preparing LPO's and distribution of signed copies of the same as per the finalized price to the concerned supplier. Keeping up to date supplier data base with all required attributes. Effective coordination with engineering project team, supplier, warehouse and accounts for avoiding any bottle necks during the project.

Updating purchase report documents as per ERP system. Process invoice queries in a timely manner, rectifying and updating system as per the received invoices . Preparation of monthly purchase reports and updating LPO details. Follow up and Revision of all vendor documentations to make sure vendor deliverables are provided in line with the contract specifications and as per the payment terms.

Other duties

Creating and checking the correctness of product item codes in product register as per ERP software.

Cultivated store keeping practices and stock maintenance and preparation of material receipt notes.
