Specifying the materials to be used in the construction and applying for building and resource consents & also advising clients on building procedures and costs & other building consultants and contractors.

Site Management: Examining the chimneys construction site and visiting site regularly, during the course of construction to check proper implementation of design. Supervising on-site construction activities to ensure the operations are carried out smoothly and resource are effectively utilized to maximize the output. Preparing and reviewing of Method Statements and Work Specific in smooth running of work. Generating work orders of Sub-contractors, petty contractors and transporters etc.

Resource Management: Managing activities regarding on site material reconciliation of stock including monthly MIS, Age wise analysis of stock. Preparing detailed drawings of project for successful completion ensuring compliance with statuary & regulatory requirements. Undertaking activities regarding finalization of labour contractors / Petty Contractors / Vendors for the related works, Outsourcing of Capital Equipment including purchase. Coordinating & communicating with government authorities, conducting techno commercial discussions and negotiation with parties. Handling activities pertaining to preparation of BBS for client billing & S/C.

Quality: Implementing quality standards such as TPM, ISO 9001 (Quality Systems), ISO 14001:2004 (Environment) and ISO 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management system).and maintaining the relevant documents. Ensuring compliance of various quality measures of civil activities, at site such as during construction of 600 MW & above Thermal Power Plants.
