Minha Dairy Farms has 4000 Holstein Friesian cows imported from Australia. It is one of the biggest dairy corporate farms of Pakistan.

I had joined this dairy in May 2016 as a Management Information Service.

After viewing my performance I was assigned a new assignment as a Young Stock Health In charge. I have managed 1500 young Heifers at a time.

Now I am serving as a Assistant Farm Manager and my assignments includes vaccine plan

(Month and year wise), Herd projection, Semen doses calculation, monitoring of health department and coordination with Farm Manager for completion of daily and long term tasks.

Sep 2015 – May 2016 Al-Noor Dairy farms Chakwal, Pakistan Veterinary Officer

AL-Noor Dairy farm has 350 Holstein Friesian cows.

I joined this farm as a Veterinary officer in August 2015.

I was responsible for execution of vaccine, daily treatment, fresh check, maternity, young stock treatment, and mastitis treatment.

Solve Agri Pak is a Lahore based private company that aims to solve the issues of the farmer. It is also a training institute that imparts training at grass root level for the prosperity of livestock.

I had joined this company in July-2014 as a training executive.

It was my first job.

I got my first promotion just after 4 month and I was made Field Manager to manage remaining 8 month of PSDF skilled based program that I managed successfully. Skills:

I am expert in Herd projection even I have made 5-6 years projections with 80% accuracy.

I have hand on expertise in vaccine planning and execution for more than 4000 Holstein Friesian cows herd.

Expert in calf rearing, weaning and young heifers

Expert in disease treatment (Mastitis, metabolic issues, metritis, miscellaneous wounds)

I have successfully managed FMD outbreak in young heifers in March-2017 and treated the 150 heifers with zero mortality.

I have successfully managed Mycoplasma issue in calves and young heifers.
