Talent Acquisition:-

Leading end to end recruitment cycle for site. Coordinated and executed over 10 career fairs which allowed for over 2,000 applicants to participate

• Develop and oversee the implementation of effective recruitment and selection process within given TAT. Partnering with senior management to determine and deliver staffing needs.

• Ascertained compliance to recruitment protocol as well as maintained log of personnel requisition with approval.

• Executing entire gamut of task in recruitment encompassing sourcing strategy, Understanding the requirement from all department heads, Formulating Time Bound Recruitment Strategy.

• Ensuring all phases of recruitment cycle including sourcing, Screening CV’s, reviewing job applications through referral programs, vendor management, interviews, negotiation of offer are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked and executed.

1. Training Need Analysis-

Understand the business requirements of the organization/Function. Identifying the Training/ learning needs, identify the delivery partners, training infrastructure, understanding the expectations.

Design training matrix for all employees.

2. Developing Training Modules

Design training module (Functional/Behavioral) keeping in mind the Business Needs and gaps between present & futuristic skill sets of employees. Worked closely with the HR BPs and business Learning Leaders in the support, sponsorship and/or adherence to both firm-wide L&D initiatives. 3. Programme Delivery

Develop & implement a training calendar based on a robust training need analysis. Deliver courses /training (Functional/Behavioral) according to the training module developed and ensure consistent delivery and impact of the various training modules developed.

Carrying out the in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross- training.

Ensure effective delivery of Training as per training calendar. 4. Documentation

Maintain individual employee Training Record accurately for each training Programme conducted which include the Attendance Sheet, Programme Flow, Slides Layout used during training, Feedback Form and Assessment Test Papers (if any). Prepare weekly Training Status Report. Maintain Training MIS. ROI
