The Enterprise Food Ecosystems Manager’s main function is to set up a new division that will grow the Food Service of key accounts focusing on these channels: large Convenience Store chains, Commissaries, Caterers and Bakery Chains. This role will start up development of the EFS Division which covers strategy, planning, execution, control and coordination of all activities with related support groups. You will also assist the CEO in all aspects related to the Bakersfield Food Service (BFS) Division which includes branding, product development and specific BFS responsibilities identified below.

1.1 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (EFS)

1.1.1 Sales: Planning & Forecasting,

Delivery of Sales Targets, Gross Profit Management, Accounts Receivable Management

1.1.2 Coordination: With all support groups

(Marketing, Finance, Operations, R&D, Delta Force, Customer Service)

1.1.3 Product Innovation: Work closely with the

CEO to develop innovative products for above mentioned channels.

1.1.4 Marketing: Input on Brand Direction and positioning.

1.1.5 Customer development: Ensuring proper cascading of technical information and product development information.

1.2 SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (BFS)

1.2.1 Oversee current Bakersfield Food Service activities covering the whole division

1.2.1.1 Tracking, collating, recording and interpreting historical and current sales data by customer, category, brand, sku, area in tonnage and peso value for effective Sales Planning and Forecasting.

1.2.1.2 Price strategy and GP management

1.2.1.3 Dealer Management

1.2.1.4 Overseeing customer service and liaise with other departments to deliver sales orders on time at the right price and quality

1.2.2 Work closely with the LUZON Deputy, and, District Managers and liaise with the Vis/Min General Sales Manager
